Patrice Frey, CEO of the National Main Street Center, has a wealth of experience in community development, urban research, and historic preservation. At Convention – in a session entitled Empowering Communities to Set Their Own Destinies – she’ll share what she has learned about equipping local leaders to create places that benefit everyone.
