Sarah Moyer-Cale serves as the city manager of Hastings, having previously worked in similar roles in both Paw Paw and Almont. She has worked in public administration for nearly 10 years. Sarah completed her undergraduate studies in urban ministry at the Moody Bible Institute of Chicago. She holds a master’s degree in urban planning from Wayne State University and a graduate certificate in public administration from Central Michigan University. She presently serves on the Michigan Municipal Executives Board of Directors.
