Administrator/Controller | County of Midland
Bridgette began her career with Midland County in 1994 as the Finance Director, and has led the organization as the Administrator/Controller since 2009. A graduate of Northwood University, she continued her education with certificates in leadership from both the Harvard Kennedy School and the University of Virginia’s Weldon Cooper Center for Public Service.
Bridgette is very active in community organizations and has been recognized with a variety of awards including the Athena Leadership Award and the YWCA’s Women of Achievement Lifetime Achievement award. She currently Chairs the MyMichigan Medical Center-Midland Board of Directors, is a founding member of the Midland Area Wellbeing Coalition and enjoys sharing wellbeing presentations across the country. Active in state and national professional organizations, Bridgette is the 2025 President for the Michigan Municipal Executives association and serves as the Mid-West Region Director for the National Association of County Administrators.
