Pre-registration is recommended to ensure your spot at CapCon. Registration closes seven business days before the date of the conference, Friday, March 1, 2024. After pre-registration closes, all other registrations must be completed onsite. 

Registrations made by mail or fax, unless canceled, will be considered a commitment to attend and pay.

Registration Types

Full, Full Associate and Business Alliance Program Member

Full member cities, villages, urban townships, full associate members, and Business Alliance Program participants.

MML Fund & Pool Program Members (Limited Associates) 

Entities who only belong to one of the League’s insurance programs and are not a Full Member.

Nonmember Government Entity

Rates are for government-related entities only.

University/College Student 

Full-time undergrad or graduate students, who are not municipal officials or employees, or members of the Business Alliance Program.

Guest Registration 

Guest registration includes the Tuesday welcome reception, Wednesday breakfast and lunch and access to the exhibit hall.

*The guest/spouse fee is restricted to persons who are not city or public officials, are not related to any League Partner or sponsor, and would have no professional reason to attend the conference.

 

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be submitted in writing by Friday, March 1, 2024 and are subject to a $75.00 cancellation fee for regular CapCon registrations and $10.00 for guest registrations.

No refunds will be given for cancellation requests received after Friday, March 1, 2024.

If you are unable to attend, you may substitute a colleague for your registration. Sharing of registration is prohibited. If you fail to cancel or substitute your registration and do not show up to the program, you will be billed for the program.  

If MML cancels a program, registrants will receive notice before the program is canceled. Refunds will be issued two to three weeks after the program is canceled.

If you require special arrangements, including a special diet, please complete the questions asked during the registration process online and describe how we may assist you. If necessary, a League representative may contact you for further information.

Educational Credit Policy

If you arrive late for a program, must leave early, or do not participate in program activities, your educational (EOA) credits will be adjusted accordingly.
