Over the past two years, the League has made municipal finance reform our top legislative priority. Over the last 12 months, we embarked on a major communication and education effort around this topic. Additionally, we have developed a policy agenda around revenues, costs, and structure that will be the basis of our advocacy agenda.

In Wednesday afternoon’s General Session, the League’s Anthony Minghine will outline where we’ve been, what we are doing, and what we need to do to invoke real change to our municipal finance system.
