Racial justice is at the center of systems that work well for all the people they must serve. At this year’s Capital Conference, Rinku Sen, president and executive director of Race Forward: The Center for Racial Justice Innovation, will lead a general session on this topic.
Under Sen’s leadership, Race Forward has generated some of the most impactful racial justice successes, such as the Shattered Families report, which changed the immigration debate with investigative research on how deportation of parents was leading to the placement of thousands of children in foster care.
